Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the NeuroKindKids Affiliate Program. We believe every neurodivergent child deserves to be the hero of their own story — and we're grateful to have advocates who want to help us share that message. This program is designed for parents, caregivers, educators, therapists, and content creators who genuinely believe in what we're building and want to earn a commission for helping other families discover it. Please read these terms carefully before participating — by joining the program, you agree to everything outlined below.

1. Enrollment & Relationship

• Approval: NeuroKindKids reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed.
• Independent Contractor: Your participation in this program is strictly as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and NeuroKindKids.
• Account Limits: You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual or business entity.

2. Commission Structure & Payout Rules

• The Reward: You will earn a flat $20.00 USD cash bounty for every new paying subscriber who joins NeuroKindKids via your unique tracking link and completes their first paid month.
• 30-Day Holding Window: To protect against credit card fraud and immediate cancellations, commissions are marked as "pending" for a mandatory 30-day safety period. If a referred user requests a refund or initiates a chargeback within their first 30 days, the corresponding commission will be voided.
• Payout Schedule: Approved commissions are compiled and paid out on a monthly basis by the 15th day of the following month (e.g., commissions cleared in June are paid out by July 15th).
• Minimum Payout Threshold: You must accumulate a minimum of $40.00 USD in approved commissions (exactly 2 paid referrals) before a payout is issued. If your balance is below $40 at the end of the month, your earnings will roll over to the next month's cycle.
• Payment Methods: All automated payouts are processed electronically via PayPal. You are solely responsible for ensuring your payment information is up-to-date in your tracking dashboard.
• Program Changes: NeuroKindKids reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms at any time with a minimum of 30 days written notice. Continued participation after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Link Tracking & Attribution

• Tracking Mechanics: Our program uses automated software via PromoteKit to log clicks and track conversions. When a user clicks your link, a 60-day tracking window is established. If the user subscribes within 60 days of clicking your link, the conversion is attributed to you.
• Last-Click Model: We operate on an industry-standard "last-click" model. If a prospective user clicks links from two different affiliates, the credit goes entirely to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently prior to the purchase.

4. Prohibited Marketing Practices (Zero Tolerance)

To protect our brand integrity and ensure an authentic user experience, any affiliate found participating in the following activities will be immediately terminated from the program and forfeit all pending commissions:

• Strictly No Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link, coupon codes, or tracking data to purchase a NeuroKindKids subscription for yourself, your own family members, or anyone in your immediate household. You may also not purchase a subscription as a gift for someone outside your household as a means of generating a commission.
• No Branded Paid Advertising: You are strictly forbidden from bidding on paid search keywords or running social media ads (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads) targeting our exact brand name, "NeuroKindKids", or any direct variations of it.
• Anti-Spam Policy: You may not mass-distribute your affiliate link via unsolicited emails, automated link bots, or comment-spamming on public platforms, forums, Reddit threads, or unrelated Facebook groups.
• No Misrepresentation: You must portray the capabilities, pricing, and features of NeuroKindKids accurately. Do not create fake reviews, make unverified claims, or offer unauthorized cash-back rebates or incentives to manipulate signups.

5. Content Standards

Affiliates must not promote NeuroKindKids alongside content that is harmful, discriminatory, or offensive toward any individual or group, including but not limited to content that demeans, stereotypes, or marginalizes people based on neurodivergence, disability, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate whose platform or content we determine to be incompatible with the inclusive, neuroaffirming values at the heart of our community.

6. FTC Disclosure Compliance

Transparency matters. In accordance with consumer protection guidelines, whenever you share your unique affiliate link on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), blogs, or emails, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission if they sign up. Using clear tags such as #ad, #affiliate, or a spoken or written disclaimer is required by law. Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements is solely your responsibility and may result in termination from the program.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice or closing the tracking account. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and brand assets from your platforms. If termination is caused by a violation of our prohibited marketing practices or content standards, all accrued and pending earnings will be permanently forfeited.
